The world we live in tries to program us to hide pieces of our hearts out of fear. Trauma teaches us our hearts are not safe. When we re-align with our rhythm we can break old patterns and step into our heart-centered truth.
I love teaching people about human design and I love watching them experiment with how things “feel” in their bodies. There is no ONE WAY to do anything and if you hear any coach, healer or therapist tell you there is, run in the other direction. The most powerful tools I have found help you tap into your own self and your energy needs while focusing on the root cause of the problem and the conditioning that may be holding you back from creating the life you truly want.
