Our top 3 crystals

We know it is hard to focus on fun tools when our world is in chaos, but these tools are what we use every day to stay in our vibration of LOVE. Crystals have energy and can amplify or absorb negative energy when properly added to your daily activities or home and workspace. Celeste and I share our top three.

I believe everyone should have selenite in their collection. It is a great all-around stone for clearing that can be used in so many different ways. Clearing your home and guests as they come through your door. Clearing other crystals and jewelry that you wear.

Smokey Quartz

With everything going on in the world right now and the amount of time that we spend on our electronic devices, this crystal not only absorbs EMF’s but neutralizes negative energies and is detoxifying on all levels. Place a few pieces around the outside of your room to help with the vibrational energy.

Elestial Quartz

This crystal’s extremely high vibrational frequency will take your Spiritual Awakening to the next level. My meditations have become so much more vivid and deep since adding this crystal to my collection. The energy from the Elestial quartz infuses you with love and light from the higher realms.

This is by far my number one crystal! I can remember seeing a piece in my dad’s apartment at the age of 5. I have been obsessed ever since. Amethyst is an all-around protection stone. The vibration is gentle and a natural stress reliever. It magnifies your 3rd Eye and crown chakras which enhances your spiritual connection and will help you connect to your higher self. It helps with emotional stability, encourages inner strength and clarity of mind. I have a large piece on either side of my bed as is helps with negative energy associated with nightmares.

Another fun fact: it is known as the sobriety stone! Amethyst derives from the Greek word amethystos, which means “not intoxicated.” The folklore states that ancient Greeks and Romans believed amethyst had the power to prevent intoxication so they would carve their drinking vessels from the stone. I am not saying drink from amethyst but considering I am 2 ½ years sober, I love being surrounded by a stone that is referred to as the “sobriety stone”.

My second is Quartz. Quartz is the master healer because it works will all chakras and energies. It can be used to heal any condition it is needed for. It will amplify the energy of other crystals and can provide protection and clearing energy wherever it is used.

When you start to work with crystals, you may find you are always drawn to the energy of a particular crystal. Mine is chrysoprase. I love the energy and vibration I feel when I wear and meditate with this stone. This stone works with your heart chakra and can help you fight anxiety or feelings of despair. It will put off a loving and compassionate vibe. I like to think it reminds me to be gentle in times of feeling overwhelmed.

When choosing crystals, you should always feel where you are drawn to first. Then dive in and see if the healing qualities are what you are looking for! Raising our vibration one step at a time.
